As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping people achieve their NDIS goals through personalised support, community access, emotional wellbeing and practical daily routines.

Your Role

Provide personalised support focused on routine, structure and confidence-building

Assist with access to the community, appointments and social activities

Offer calm, consistent support for emotional regulation

Help with daily living tasks such as light cleaning and meal prep

Keep accurate notes and report changes or concerns

Create safe, respectful and empowering environments

Work in line with Disability Empowering Care policies and NDIS Practice Standards

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $33.95
- $50.12 per hour
