Shinning Star Services is a trusted NDIS support provider focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care. We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable female Support Workers to support a client both in-home and within the community.

About the Role

You will assist a participant with daily living, personal care, and community access, supporting them to live safely, comfortably, and independently. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

In-home support and assistance

Community access and social support

Personal care (including hygiene and daily living tasks)

Transport and travel support

Assistance with appointments and activities

Sleepover shifts as required

Shift Times Available

Weekdays:

Weekday Mornings:6:00am
- 9:00am:

Afternoon/Evenings:3:00pm
- 10:00pm

Weekends:

6:00am
- 10:00pm

Many shifts available across 7 days

Ongoing and consistent work

Availability for sleepovers is essential

Essential Requirements

Female support worker (genuine occupational requirement)

Availability for sleepover shifts:

Valid TFN and/or ABN:

Experience in disability or support work preferred

Caring, reliable, and qualified attitude

Ability to work independently and follow care plans

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

Driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred

Pay Rates

TFN: $30-$33 per hour

ABN: $35 per hour
