We are seeking compassionate and reliable Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our casual pool. As an AIN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide personal care and support to clients in aged care. This role is ideal for individuals who value flexibility and want to make a real difference in people's lives. "Please note: No sponsorship available. Support workers and community workers are not accepted—only aged care experience will be considered."

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities including:

Personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, toileting)

Feeding and hydration

Mobility assistance and transfers

Provide emotional support and companionship

Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior

Assist with easy clinical tasks under supervision

Maintain a clean and safe setting

Follow care plans and document services delivered

Adhere to infection control and manual handling procedures

Requirements:

Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Health Services Assistance (or working towards)

Valid First Aid and CPR certification

National Police Check (current or ability to obtain)

NSW Working With Children Check (if required)

Availability for adaptable shifts including weekends

Previous experience in aged care or community care is highly desirable

Minimum 6 months Experience Required After the Placements
