We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Tingalpa team!

Meet and greet customers, process their vehicles for the repair journey and assist with customer mobility needs.

Proactively reviewing, monitoring and communicating to customers ensuring an exceptional experience.

Building & maintaining relationships with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, colleagues)

Uncover your customers insurance needs by offering suitable options, identifying opportunities for new business and renewals.

Requirements:

Robust customer service and sales skills

Problem solving skills & attention to detail

Ability to work in a rapid paced environment & a team environment
