**Your role will include**:

- Overseeing day-to-day store operations
- tyre and mechanical services
- Leading and engaging a skilled team of techs and fitters
- Managing workflow, parts ordering, inventory and job scheduling
- Being the **front face of the business**
- handling sales, building trust with customers, and providing outstanding service
- Coordinating customer bookings and job allocations across the team
- Driving team performance and delivering strong business results
- Ensuring a safe, efficient, clean and productive workspace

**What we’re looking for**:

- Proven **leadership experience** in a similar hands-on role
- Background in **automotive, mechanical and tyre industry sales**:

- Someone who’s **honest, reliable and leads with integrity**:

- Motivated, energetic and always looking for ways to **improve and grow**:

- Available to work **Saturdays** as part of a full-time roster
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
