Machinery Service Technician (Tingalpa)

Service Technician – Tingalpa, Brisbane QLD Omni Packaging Pty Ltd Omni Group is seeking a hands-on and motivated Service Technician to join our growing QLD team. This role is focused on preventative maintenance, servicing, and technical support of packaging equipment across customer sites. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventative maintenance and servicing at customer sites
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs (onsite and in workshop)
- Set up and test new and returned equipment
- Complete detailed service reports within 24 hours
- Identify follow-up work and prepare quotations
- Provide clear and professional communication to customers Success in this role looks like:
- Up to 15 services completed per week
- Timely and accurate service reporting
- Strong customer relationships and satisfaction
- Identification of additional service opportunities Skills & Experience:
- Experience in preventative maintenance or similar role
- Robust mechanical aptitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- High attention to detail Requirements:
- Current driver’s license
- Physically fit and reliable
