Finance Manager (Tingalpa)

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Finance Manager to join our growing manufacturing business. Operating across multiple brands and contract manufacturing channels, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in both the day-to-day finance function and strategic business support. This is not a purely desk-based management role — we are looking for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, improve processes, support operations, and work closely with leadership to drive business performance. About the Role

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations including reporting, cash flow, budgeting, payroll oversight, inventory and production costing, compliance, and commercial analysis. You will partner closely with operations, sales, and senior management to provide financial insights and support business growth. Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily finance operations and reporting
- Prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow forecasts
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning
- Analyse manufacturing costs, margins, and inventory
- Support operational and commercial decision-making
- Ensure compliance with BAS, payroll, tax, and statutory obligations
- Improve systems, controls, and reporting processes
- Lead and support the finance team
- Assist with process improvement across the business About You

- Proven Finance Manager or Senior Accountant experience
- Strong manufacturing, FMCG, or operational finance background
- Hands-on attitude with strong attention to detail
- Experience with inventory and production costing
- CPA or CA qualified
- Solid Excel and financial systems experience
