About the role We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef to join our dynamic team at the Fielders Club in Tingalpa, Queensland. As a full-time Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of delicious meals for our members and guests, ensuring a consistently high level of quality and presentation. What you'll be doing 1. Preparing and cooking a diverse menu of meals, ranging from à la carte dishes to daily specials 2. Ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard 3. Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment 4. Collaborating with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to enhance existing offerings 5. Providing guidance and training to junior kitchen staff 6. Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations What we're looking for 1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef in a similar hospitality environment 2. Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals 3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities 4. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure 5. Valuable communication and interpersonal skills, including a "can do atmtitude" 6.
