CNC Metal Machine Operator - Afternoon & Night Shifts (Tingalpa)

Ferra Engineering is a well-established engineering company located in Brisbane that specialises in precision CNC machining, mechanical sub assembly and aero structure manufacturing. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join our expanding team. Hourly rate between $36 & $45 plus overtime penalty rates and shift allowance

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Trade Certificate
- Experience on 3,4 and 5 Axis CNC Mills with Heidenhain / Fanuc and Mazatrol controls
- Trade references
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Valuable computer skills
- Well organised
- A positive, self motivated, enthusiastic attitude.
- A courteous and respectful manner
- Flexibility with day and afternoon shifts
- Experience in Mastercam will be considered advantageous
- Aerospace component experience
- Familiarity with aerospace standards

Pay: $36.00
- $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tingalpa, QLD 4173: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- CNC Machine Operator: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
