We're Looking for Our Next Stylist! ????‍♀️ NH Studios in Cannon Hill is a modern, appointment-only salon where good vibes meet great hair. We specialise in everything from beautiful blondes to lived-in colour transformations, and we're all about creating that one-on-one experience our clients love. We're growing, and we're looking for someone who genuinely loves hair and wants to be part of a team that supports each other. Here's the vibe: Work doesn't have to feel like work you should be able to come in, have a laugh and enjoy your day. We're after someone who gets that and wants to be part of it. Cooperative, supportive, no unnecessary stress just a solid team doing good hair together. What We're After:
- Fully qualified hairdresser with some experience behind the chair (whether you're still building your column or already have a solid client base, we'd love to chat!)
- Full-time availability
- Someone who's open to feedback and keen to keep learning — we're all about getting better together, no matter where you're at in your career
- Team player vibes we work collaboratively, not competitively
- Hair extension experience is a huge bonus! We do a lot of extension work, so if you've got skills in this area, you'll fit right in (but it's not a dealbreaker if you don't) ???? Earn $100K+ Hourly rate of $35-$40+ (depending on experience), plus commission rates that are actually designed to be hit. We've also developed an app for the team where you can see your commission in real-time, calculate your earnings as you go, and work out exactly what you'll take home each week.
