**Your Role**: Be the key point of contact for members and guests, you’ll be responsible for:

- Greeting and engaging members with warmth, energy, and professionalism
- Supporting our wider wellness, spa, and fitness departments by ensuring smooth, efficient front-of-house operations
- Maintaining an immaculate presentation of the reception area and shared spaces
- Responding calmly and confidently to member needs or issues
- Administrative tasks
