**About The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **dynamic Lotteries Sales and Service Consultant **who can fuel growth in our exciting Lotteries division through proactive Supporter service, efficient sales and exceptional relationship management.

You could be part of making someone’s dream come true by selling lottery tickets in million-dollar properties, calling a winner and be an integral part of the Lotteries team’s broader strategy to deliver for our clients.

**A little bit about the role...**
- Provide prompt resolutions and recommendations to supporter queries, showing gratitude for their support.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of supporter interactions following standard procedures.
- Drive sales by inspiring supporters with personalized recommendations and passionately advocating our cause.
- Investigate and resolve supporter queries promptly, demonstrating appreciation for their support.
- Foster strong stakeholder communication, managing complaints effectively.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the Contact Centre and Sales Manager and provide supporter feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Cultivate supporter-centric relationships, enhance satisfaction, and recover lost sales/donations through follow-up efforts.

**About You**
- Proven experience in a customer service and sales role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Multi-tasking ability and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and proactive with a sense of urgency to adapt to a changing workplace.
