Customer Service Representative (Morningside)

Our Morningside based manufacturing business requires a motivated sales and customer service assistant for an immediate start. Experience is preferred but not essential as all training will be provided.

Duties will include answering phone calls, responding to customer enquiries and assisting in the sales process. You will also be required to help with booking in freight for despatch daily.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate:

- A willingness to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Basic PC skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work successfully individually and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Facebook and Social Media would be beneficial (not essential)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a bonus!

Part Time or Full Time hours can be discussed.

Pay: $24.69
- $32.68 per hour

Expected hours: 30
- 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
