Experienced Bookkeeper Permanent Part Time Tingalpa

Barben Architectural Hardware is a premium retailer and manufacturer of entry door handles, cabinet handles, tapware and bathroom accessories, located in Tingalpa, Brisbane. We are a family-owned and operated business committed to providing a supportive and versatile work workplace.

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for a permanent part time role based in Tingalpa, QLD. The position requires approximately 15 hours per week, working 9am–2pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (negotiable), with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

About the role

You will be responsible for maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping for the organisation. Duties include: Performing daily bookkeeping tasks including bank feeds, reconciliations, and invoicing

Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, including chasing payments, processing credits and returns, and applying payments to the correct cost centres

Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

Providing financial reports and analysis to management as required

Liaising with external accountants and auditors to support year-end processes

Supporting general administration duties as required

Relevant bookkeeping experience is required, and previous MYOB experience is a must.
