Food Process Worker Morningside

We’re looking for reliable and motivated Food Process Workers to join our team in Morningside. You’ll be helping prepare, pack, and deliver high-quality food products in a protected and supportive setting.

About the role

As part of our production team, you’ll:

Portion, marinate, and package cooked meats and meals

Operate vacuum sealers and other food-processing equipment

Follow strict food safety and hygiene standards

Clean and maintain work areas and equipment

Work efficiently to meet daily production targets

Shift & hours

Morning shift starting at 6:00 AM:

Casual position with potential for ongoing work

Monday to Friday (some flexibility available)

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a positive attitude and works well in a team

Is punctual, reliable, and willing to learn:

Can work in a quick-paced food production environment:

Has previous food handling or factory experience (preferred but not required)

Can stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks safely
