Motus Transport is a fast-growing 3PL and transport company specialising in beverage logistics across NSW, QLD and the NT. We’re looking for a hands-on Office Manager to help keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes and support our admin and allocations teams day to day.

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy transport workplace and enjoys getting things organised. You’ll oversee the admin team, manage daily office operations, and act as a key link between our warehouse, allocations, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities

Allocate office resources, space, and equipment to keep operations effective.

Assign and monitor workloads, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Manage office records, accounts, and reporting.

Liaise with transport and warehousing teams to coordinate work and resolve issues quickly.

Ensure compliance with all company procedures, safety regulations, and legislative requirements.

Handle HR-related activities including onboarding, performance management, training, and payroll coordination.

Identify process improvements and help streamline administrative systems as the business grows.

About You

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Experience in transport, logistics or warehousing admin is highly regarded.

Confident using transport management systems (CartonCloud experience a bonus).

A proactive problem-solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly.

Able to lead a small team and jump in to help when things get busy.
