Customer Service Assistant Cannon Hill

Beefy's are currently on the lookout for a Customer Service Assistant for our Cannon HillStore.

Beefy's are a well established multi award winning business with 16 boutique Pie Bakery Cafes in South East Queensland & NSW.

Our friendly team have a reputation for high quality products and excellent customer service.

For this position, previous experience is preferred in the food service/retail industry. As we are open 7 days, applicants will have Monday to Sunday availability including during school hours. The position involves working a rotating roster with a range of shifts including opening and closing shifts between the hours of 4am and 7pm. Due to the early morning start times your own transport is essential.

Duties will include:

Ensuring excellence in Customer Service as the number 1 priority

Eftpos & cash handling transactions

Coffee making

Ensuring service areas are maintained to the highest standards and store is kept clean and tidy at all times

Product presentation & preparation

Achieving store KPI's

Opening & Closing of store

Assist the Manager with supervision of juniors

Job Types: Casual, Part time

Pay: $32.00
- $34.00 per hour
