Your role will include:

Overseeing day-to-day store operations
- tyre and mechanical services

Leading and engaging a skilled team of techs and fitters

Managing workflow, parts ordering, inventory and job scheduling

Being the front face of the business
- handling sales, building trust with customers, and providing outstanding service

Coordinating customer bookings and job allocations across the team

Driving team performance and delivering strong business results

Ensuring a protected, efficient, clean and productive workspace

What we’re looking for:

Proven leadership experience in a similar hands-on role

Background in automotive, mechanical and tyre industry sales:

Someone who’s honest, reliable and leads with integrity:

Motivated, energetic and always looking for ways to improve and grow:

Available to work Saturdays as part of a full-time roster

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A people-first mindset
