The Asia-Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore employing nearly 3000 team members.

Position Details As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now looking to appoint a**Customer Service Representative**to join the team at our Cannon Hill facility in Brisbane.

In addition, you will be responsible for scanning documents for record keeping and pallet control, cross-training for gap coverage and supporting the Transport team in their safe and efficient operations.

**Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to**:

- ** Daily processing of drivers run paperwork**
- accurately collating and recording all relevant paperwork and documentation, including timesheets, customer discrepancy reporting, pricing, billing and payments.
- ** Weekly close off**:

- ensuring all customer invoicing data and subcontractor SPA data is accurately processed and meets Finance reporting deadlines.
- ** Purchasing**
- raising purchase orders in M3 to capture all operational and fleet expenses, efficiently processing supplier invoices to accounts payable and allocating & processing purchase orders in a timely manner.
- ** Customers and Subcontractors**:

- supporting any and all queries from customers and subcontractors relating to billing, deliveries and payments.

**Your background and experience should ideally include**:

- Experience in a similar role (industry experience is preferable)
- Good understanding of CoR principles (NHVLR, Mass/Fatigue Management)
- Solid administration and data entry skills
- Experience with liaising with customer to assist with issue resolution

**Preferred**
- Impressive verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding customer service, problem solving and influencing skills
- Proven time management and organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Translogix experience preferred
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS)
