Your Role:

Be the key point of contact for members and guests, you’ll be responsible for:

Greeting and engaging members with warmth, energy, and professionalism

Supporting our wider wellness, spa, and fitness departments by ensuring smooth, efficient front-of-house operations

Maintaining an immaculate presentation of the reception area and shared spaces

Responding calmly and confidently to member needs or issues

Administrative tasks
