Poolside Davison Pool & Spa is a successful independent family owned business located in Salamander Bay, NSW. We specialize in both pool shop retail and mobile pool maintenance and repairs. This diverse role incorporates our retail shop & back of house Administration. Role responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Daily business of the office and the retail area, some heavy lifting required
- Upgrade and upkeep of our quoting software including price checking and availability
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Answering customer queries and processing customer orders
- Maintaining the pool shop including stock management, merchandise presentations and shop cleanliness
- Conducting water analysis and interpretation to the customer
- Supporting field technicians and assisting with scheduling
- Other Ad hoc tasks as required The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in Retail Shop sales & Administration roles
- Excellent skills and proficiency in computer operations & business systems including; Microsoft Office Suite, Accounting packages including Xero, booking management systems including servicem8
- Excellent administration, data entry, data maintenance skills with an eye for detail
- Previous experience in Xero accounting software
- Strong customer service skills both face to face and telephone
- Excellent organisation and problem solving skills
- A bright, friendly, professional personality & presentation with proactive attitude
- A keen sense of initiative and demonstrated leadership skills & experience
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
