**About the Community**

Anna Bay rental Village is a community consisting of 35 rental homes located in the quiet surfing neighborhood of Anna Bay.

**About the Role**: We are seeking a reliable Caretaker to oversee the day-to day operations of our rental community in Anna Bay. This Is an excellent opportunity if you are passionate about property administration and hands on facilities management and are looking for a dynamic role where you can make a difference in a wonderful community. This role is split between office duties and grounds work, and is part-time at 30 hours per week (6 hours per day)

**Responsibilities**
- Providing a high level of customer service to all residents, guests and community members
- Coordinate the efficient and effective management of materials, consumables, grounds, building and financial resources
- Carry out grounds work including mowing, hedging and general grounds & maintenance duties
- Ensuring the Community grounds and gardens are presented to a high standard

**About You**
- Experience in aged care, tourism, real estate, or permanent resident facility management
- Hands on individual who can assist with service delivery across the different departments
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A demonstrated self-starter, enthusiastic to drive results, and capable of working to operational requirements
