Customer Service / Front of House – Automotive Industry A&J; Auto – Salamander Bay NSW A&J; Auto is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service / Front of House team member to join our growing automotive business in Salamander Bay. This is a full-time salary position working Monday to Friday in a rapid-paced workshop environment. We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage front office operations professionally and efficiently. About the Role Your responsibilities will include
- Front of house customer service and reception
- Booking vehicles and managing customer enquiries
- Ordering and managing parts
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and workshop staff
- General computer and administrative duties
- Maintaining a professional and organized workspace Skills & Experience The ideal applicant will have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Previous automotive service advising or parts experience
- Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic Advantageous but Not Essential
- Automotive industry experience
- Parts interpreting experience
- Ibody / collision repair industry experience What We Offer
