**Retail Manager**

Futuristic Optics Pty Ltd is looking for an energetic, highly enthusiastic and hardworking individual with an amazing attitude to join them as **Retail Manager at their Foodworks Store in Canowindra.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Develop local marketing and in-store promotional activities.
- Control the recruitment, selection and training of staff.
- Formulate and implement daily operating procedures to ensure store is adequately stocked, organized, and well kept.
- Determine which products are to be stocked and in what quantities
- Liaising and negotiating with vendors
- Maintain quality brand image standards as pass evaluations.
- Ensure that all employees are compliant with store’s operating procedures and WH&S.;
- Budgeting and payroll.
- Monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage.
- Conduct store meetings as needed with employees.
- Prepare and analyze store reports
- Daily cash reconciliation, petty cash and banking.
- Devise and implement promotions/advertising to maximize business revenue.
- Setting and adjusting the prices in line with business profitability and needs
- Deep understanding of retail operations
- Robust Leadership and Team Management skills
- Exceptional communication Skills
- Resilience and Adaptability

**Experience Required**: At least three years’ experience in a similar field.

**GOOD SALARY PACKAGE**: (AUD 75,000 + Super)

Pay: $70,000.00
- $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
