Merchandiser/ Planogram Position Young and Surrounding areas.

**About the Role**

We are seeking a reliable, self‑motivated **Casual Merchandiser** to join the Saleslinkgroup team. This role involves working across **Coles and Woolworths Supermarkets and at times other retailers**ensuring our clients’ products are presented to the highest standard.

You’ll work independently across your allocated territory, building strong store relationships and delivering consistent, high‑quality merchandising execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Complete scheduled store visits across your allocated territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and department staff
- Implement planograms, relays, and product layouts to a high standard
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing
- Set up promotional displays, POS materials, and ticketing
- Monitor stock levels, report gaps, and communicate replenishment needs
- Submit visit reports, photos, and task completion through the Saleslink CRM system
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales
- Maintain compliance with store safety and operational procedures
- Always Represent Saleslinkgroup and our clients professionally
- **Skills & Experience**:

- Previous merchandising or retail experience preferred
- Solid communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Good attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working on your feet
- Reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence
- Smartphone proficiency for reporting and task submission
