**Opportunity Overview**: We have an exciting prospect for a motivated individual (or a resident couple) to take this lovely country motel to the next level. We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service to create an ‘awesome’ experience for our customers. Ideally someone with a warm and relaxed personality, coupled with a can-do attitude who takes pride in what they do. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the property, reception and housekeeping.

The motel has undergone extensive renovations and is ready to be taken to the next level.

**Duties & Responsibilities (include but not limited to)**:

- Maintaining the high standard of the accommodation, facilities and grounds
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- General operations, administration and front office management duties, including rostering for casual staff (as required)
- Room cleaning / housekeeping duties after guest checkout
- Provide Excellent customer service and clear communication to build sound relationships
- Computer literacy to manage on-line bookings (ideally experience with an online booking management system
- training provided)
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve guest related problems
- Excellent telephone manner and professional communication skills
- Professional presentation & friendly manner

Pay: $54,000.00
- $60,000.00 per year

- Grenfell, NSW 2810: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
