Postal Delivery Coordinator (Cowra)

**About the opportunity**

This is a leadership role within our delivery frontline operation, leading a team to prioritise safety, service, and cost.

**You’ll also**
- Provide high level advice and support coordination to assist the Delivery Manager and facility staff
- Drive performance and process improvement initiatives
- Assist in the Implementation and monitoring of all facets of Australia Post’s Diversity and OH&S; Policies and Procedures
- Assist with the processing and delivery of letters and parcels as needed
- Coach and where needed conduct performance conversations

You're motivated and able to bring the best out of people under your leadership.

**You’ll also need**
- Strong leadership and team building experience
- Experience in coaching and mentoring co-workers
- Solid customer service focus involving direct contact with customers
- Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment
- Proven experience of prioritising, planning and scheduling.
- Ability to be flexible during periods of change
