As a Service Advisor for Toyota, you will thrive on challenges, excel in team environments, and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Being the first point of contact for our customers, you will determine their requirements

Liaising with the workshop and parts departments

Liaise with customers to assist with Spare Parts and accessories enquiries

Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts

Quote repair jobs and liaise with customers ensuring they are given the best possible Customer Service experience

Meeting and exceeding manufacturers Customer Satisfaction targets

Requirements for the role will involve the following:

Full work rights in Australia

Experience in a similar role within a Retail or Service related environment

Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills

Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations

Sound automotive technical knowledge

Punctual and reliable

Have a professional attitude and be well organised

Current drivers licence

Be able to work in a team environment

Demonstrate care and attention to detail
