About the Role We are looking for an Employment Consultant at our Young, NSW site within the Inclusive Employment Australia Program. This role focuses on supporting people with disability to secure and sustain employment that transforms lives. Responsibilities
- Find the perfect match – support participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment.
- Boost confidence – help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on new employment with a renewed sense of purpose.
- Shake things up – provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges, ensuring every participant has the tools and support for success.
- Advocate – be an advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments.
- Celebrate moments – celebrate every successful placement, big or small, with participants.
- Build lasting connections – form partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion. Qualifications

- Natural connector – able to create opportunities for participants and communicate confidently with stakeholders.
- Innovative, solution-focused – experience creating pathways to success and seeing challenges as opportunities.
- Compassionate and empathetic – desire to make a lasting positive impact on others.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, administration or related roles is desirable.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Current driver’s licence and a fully insured vehicle.
- MyGovID (Standard level).
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check and pass a Working with Children Check. Benefits
