Personal Assistant (Entry Level) (Craigieburn)

We are seeking a part-time entry-level personal assistant who values variety in their work and possesses strong problem-solving skills and self-management abilities.

You must also be willing to travel around Melbourne to run errands.

Additionally, you should have a confident and mature personality, along with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

From managing schedules and appointments to handling administrative tasks and providing logístical support, as our director's right-hand person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of his day to day schedule.

In addition to various dental-related responsibilities, this role offers the chance to expand your skill set, gain exposure to various business domains, and grow alongside our director's ventures.

An understanding or interest in cars would be an advantage due to the nature of the tasks that will be required (VicRoads registration, facilitating servicing, detailing and ad hoc tasks related to car maintenance).

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the employer, including managing schedules, arranging appointments, and organizing documents.
- **Problem Solving**: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address various challenges that may arise during the day-to-day operations.
- **Self-Management**: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks without constant supervision.
- **Flexibility**: Adapt to changing priorities and be flexible with their schedule to accommodate approximately 30 hours of work per week.
- **Understanding/Interest in Cars**: This is advantageous due to the nature of the tasks that will be required (VicRoads registration, facilitating servicing & detailing and ad hoc tasks)
- **Low Level Manual Labor**: Be comfortable with and capable of performing low-level manual labor tasks as needed e.g. twisting, lifting of light items.
- **Transportation**: Possess a reliable mode of transportation for commuting, running errands, and occasional travel.
- **Travel**: Be available for travel around Melbourne as required.
- **Communication**: Communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written forms, ensuring efficient information exchange and understanding.

**Key requirements**:

- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Confident and bubbly personality with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clear and concise communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Previous experience in a similar role or field is preferred but not required.
