**What you will bring**:

- Proven experience in Front of House roles in particular **fast paced**establishments with strong ability to take detailed orders.
- **Strong barista** skills and high confidence behind the coffee machine
- **Strong Bartending** skills with the ability to mix a range of cocktails
- Quick learner
- **Passion**for hospitality and customer satisfaction
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Excellent **attention to detail** and time management
- Able and willing to work **rotating roster** including **weekends**, **public holidays**, opening and closing shifts
- Proven ability to work well within a team
- Proven ability to manage **high cover numbers** while maintaining efficiency.
- Ability to **work well under pressure** while always delivering a seamless and professional service.
- Excellent **communication**and customer service skills.
- **Must have an RSA certificate**:

- Excellent presentation and demeanor
- **Full permanent work rights** in Australia favourable
- Solid knowledge of POS systems
- particularly **Odermate**
