**About us**
We are an established and well-reputed medical clinic located in Wallan, offering a high-quality healthcare service for our patients.
**The position**
We are looking for an experienced medical receptionist to join our fantastic reception team.
The position is ongoing casual with appx 16 hours a week.
You'll have a set roster, but will be expected to cover other staff members in case of illness, leave etc.
You will work with a committed team and will enjoy a wide-ranging and engaging role.

- You are self-sufficient, and able to learn new things quickly.
- You are someone who can deliver an excellent service to our patients and demonstrate a high standard of performance and conduct.
- You show initiative, and you are always looking for things to do.
- You must be flexible, adaptable and highly organised.
- You are somebody who communicates well and possesses a great phone manner.
- You love to work
- you are always willing to give 100% and you actively participate in the success of the business.
- You can follow direction and you are happy to receive constructive feedback.
- You are a helpful and considerate person and you work well as part of a team.
- You are confident and able to work independently with mínimal instruction
- You maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- You have strong computer literacy.
- You are able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- You have current CPR training, or are willing to undertake.
**Skills and experience**:
- You are competent in medical administration/reception or have experience in a similar role.
- You are computer literate and competent using medical software.
- Current CPR (or willing to obtain)
**Responsibilities include**:
- You will perform medical reception/administration duties.
- You will open and close the clinic as per set procedures.
- You will answer the phone, schedule appointments, greet and welcome patients and visitors to the clinic.
- You will perform administrative tasks such as billing, correspondence, scheduling, maintaining patient records etc.
- You will liaise effectively with other clinic team members to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic and the delivery of high quality patient care/experience.
