Baker (Roxburgh Park)

Sacca’s Fine foods seeks a highly motivated and passionate Full Time Baker.

Sacca’s is a fast growing family business and is well known for our fresh produce and great service to the community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, ciabatta, sourdough and baguettes from scratch.
- Baking par baked products
- Ensure consistency in product quality and presentation.
- Follow recipes and production schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.

**Requirements**:

- No early morning/night starts (5am start)
- Baking required throughout the day
- Weekend availability is essential.
- Must be experienced in mixing, shaping and cutting doughs.
- Proven experience as a baker in a similar setting.
- Strong understanding of baking techniques and processes.
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team player with valuable communication skills.
- Experienced in all facets of bread making
- Trade qualified
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to high standards of personal hygiene and maintaining WHS standardsPay: $65,000.00
- $75,000.00 per year
