Senior Radiographer — CT, X-ray & DEXA We're looking for an experienced Radiographer ready for their first leadership role with real authority over protocols and QA, mentorship of junior staff, and a clear pathway to Chief Radiographer as we expand. About Axis Imaging Axis Imaging is a family-owned diagnostic radiology clinic, founded in 2025. We're independent, patient-first, and building a team carefully. The Role We're looking for a Senior Radiographer to work across CT, general X-ray, and DEXA on brand-new equipment. Beyond scanning, you'll lead protocol development, run QA, mentor junior staff as the team grows, and help shape our MRI rollout in 2026. You'll work directly with our radiologists and clinical leadership. What's On Offer

- High-quality CT, X-ray, and DEXA studies
- Protocol development across all three modalities
- QA leadership, radiation safety, and infection control oversight
- Mentoring junior radiographers and supporting recruitment
- Working with radiologists to optimise clinical workflow
- Building referrer relationships About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner (Diagnostic Radiography)
- 5+ years post-qualification experience with robust CT and general X-ray skills
- DEXA experience or willingness to upskill
- Demonstrated leadership experience, formal or informal
- Sound clinical judgement and the ability to work autonomously
- Strong mentorship instincts
- Deep grounding in radiation safety, ALARA, and QA
