Sacca’s Fine foods seeks a highly motivated and passionate Full Time Baker.

Sacca’s is a fast growing family business and is well known for our fresh produce and outstanding service to the community.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, ciabatta, sourdough and baguettes from scratch.

Baking par baked products

Ensure consistency in product quality and presentation.

Follow recipes and production schedules.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.

Requirements:

No early morning/night starts (5am start)

Baking required throughout the day

Weekend availability is essential.

Must be experienced in mixing, shaping and cutting doughs.

Proven experience as a baker in a similar setting.

Strong understanding of baking techniques and processes.

Ability to work early mornings and weekends.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Team player with valuable communication skills.

Experienced in all facets of bread making

Trade qualified

Able to work in a fast-paced workplace

Committed to high standards of personal hygiene and maintaining WHS standardsPay: $65,000.00
- $75,000.00 per year
