Disability Support Worker (Casual) (Craigieburn)

9D Care offers a range of supports and assistance to a variety of local residents, including help at home, social inclusion and community participation. We are looking for people who can provide practical and emotional help to others, calling on their own real-life experiences to build rapport and relationships. Your support will enable our clients to remain living independently and comfortably in their own homes, throughout the Melbourne Region. The Prospect: This is a casual role and will be based in Craigieburn VIC. About You: We require our Care Workers to be reliable, committed, and empathetic individuals to provide quality care as a Support Worker We look for:

- Experience in various outdoor pursuits and activities
- A practical understanding of hygiene assistance and commitment of care

- Strong communication and organisational skills
- able to manage your time and support clients to do the same in an everyday capacity

- Flexible and adaptive communication skills Qualifications required: Experience handling kids with Autism & complex care needs . Certificate in Individual Support or Disability
· Working with Children Check
· NDIS Worker Screening Check
· Full VIC Drivers Licence
· First Aid & CPR
· Strong communication and rapport-building skills
· Experience as a Disability Support worker, providing Personal care, Community access & domestic assistance.
