**About the Role**: Arabic-speaking applicants are highly preferred to support communication and cultural needs within the family.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and support tailored to the clients needs
- Safely perform **PEG feeding** and manage **dysphagia**:

- Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with the family and allied health professionals
- Maintain accurate notes and reports related to the clients care

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience supporting clients with disability or complex needs
- Competency in PEG feeding and dysphagia management (certification or training highly regarded)
- **Female support worker only** (as per client's request)
- Arabic speaking preferred
- Valid **Working With Children Check (WWCC)**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- **First Aid and CPR Certification**:

- Current Police Check
- COVID-19 Vaccination (as per public health requirements)
- Reliable transportation and the right to work in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.07
- $53.28 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
