The ideal candidate will support the daily kitchen operations, maintain high food quality standards, and help create an productive and positive kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes consistently
- Maintain food presentation and hygiene standards
- Support stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff when required
- Ensure compliance with food safety and OH&S; regulations
- Help with menu preparation and specials Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts
