**Job Summary**: **Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries
- Manage appointment scheduling and bookings
- Handle patient registration, billing, and payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records confidentially
- Provide administrative support to clinical staff
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

**Requirements**:

- Experience in medical reception or administration
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in medical software and systems (Best Practice)
- Pay attention to details
