The successful applicants will _

Demonstrate experience in a rapid-paced environment;

Experience in a similar hospitality venue on the floor or bar;

Professional and friendly manner with customers and co-workers;

Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude;

Understand the pub culture and expectations of customer service;

Able and willing to work a flexible roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts;
