**What will your responsibilities be?**
- Assisting with the overall property and gardening maintenance and presentation
- Ensuring that the look and feel of the Village meets the high standards that Summerset demands

- A can-do attitude and real team player willing to make a difference in our Village community!
- Someone who is able to carry out a variety of property and gardening tasks
- DIY and maintenance experience
- Well organised and efficient
- Ability to work unsupervised with a safety mindset
- Valid driver's licence

This is a full time role, working 38 hours a week.

This role has an hourly rate range of $26.50
- $30.50, plus superannuation, plus benefits.
