**The Role**: Best & Less has an opportunity for an enthusiastic **Part Time Team Member** to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Cranbourne Store.

As an integral member of the Cranbourne ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!

**Your day will consist of**:

- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
- Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Up to $24.80 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Visual Merchandising: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
