Gaming Attendant – Fountain Gate Hotel We’re looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. The role requires compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol and gaming regulations. Responsibilities
- Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and creating special moments that guests will remember.
- Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, centered around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance.
- Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations. Qualifications
- Excellent people, detail and communication skills, and motivation to deliver a outstanding experience for guests and teammates.
- Team player with flexible availability during the day, evenings and weekends.
- Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
- Commitment to staying true to yourself and ALH’s values. Inherent Requirements
- Hands‑on role involving manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs and deliveries). Applicants must be able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently. Benefits
