We’re looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. The role requires compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol and gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and creating special moments that guests will remember.

Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, centered around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance.

Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.

Qualifications

Excellent people, detail and communication skills, and motivation to deliver a outstanding experience for guests and teammates.

Team player with adaptable availability during the day, evenings and weekends.

Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.

Commitment to staying true to yourself and ALH’s values.

Inherent Requirements

Hands‑on role involving manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs and deliveries). Applicants must be able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
