Casual Warehouse Team Member – Pick & Pack We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Team Members to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment. These are casual positions working Monday to Friday, with the potential for ongoing employment for the right candidates. Applicants must be available to work between 6:00am and 2:30pm. About the Role This is a physically demanding, hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy working in a fast-moving warehouse environment. You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders using RF scanning technology while maintaining high standards of productivity, accuracy, and safety. This role would ideally suit someone with previous warehouse or distribution centre experience who is familiar with high-velocity order fulfilment and working to daily performance targets. Key Responsibilities
• Picking and packing customer orders using RF scanners.
• Manual handling of products, including repetitive lifting of up to 20kg.
• Wrapping and preparing pallets for dispatch.
• Putting away stock and replenishing picking locations.
• Assisting with container unloading and receipting stock.
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Operating a ride-on sweeper and assisting with general warehouse presentation.
• Working safely and effectively as part of a team to achieve daily operational targets. About You
• Previous warehouse, distribution centre, or pick-pack experience preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual handling tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Robust attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining attendance.
