Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Architect Advisor to drive enterprise‑wide transformations for some of Australia’s most complex organisations. In this role, you bring the strategic vision and technical depth to define robust, “Digital First, Data First” business roadmaps – translating complex organisational challenges into actionable, evidence‑based SAP architectures that create lasting enterprise value. About The Role As an SAP Architecture Advisor, together with the Account Executive you co‑pilot account strategy, uncover new stakeholders, build pursuit teams, and lead complex opportunities. You guide customers through business and technology transformations, acting as a trusted advisor to senior business and IT stakeholders – aligning board strategy with SAP’s solution capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes. Role Expectations
- Lead strategic discovery. Run comprehensive discovery engagements and lead executive workshops to define future‑state enterprise data strategies.
- Architect the core ecosystem. Design end‑to‑end, best‑practice solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Innovate and automate. Push the boundaries of standard architecture by exploring advanced technical strategies, including agentic AI workflows for system configuration and deployment optimisation.
- Be evidence‑based. Ground every recommendation in solid evidence and official SAP documentation.
- Shape and communicate roadmaps. Create proposals, points of view, and transformation roadmaps – presenting confidently to C‑suite and stakeholders.
- Collaborate across teams. Partner with industry advisors, value advisors, and solution experts to align business value frameworks with SAP capabilities.
- Enable the architecture practice. Use LeanIX to maintain artefacts and contribute best practices to a high‑performing advisory team. Qualities We’re Looking For

- Broadly strategic, deeply technical – able to switch between high‑level transformation and SAP BTP integration patterns. Experience & Skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C‑level executives through compelling communication.
- Experience leading complex enterprise opportunities across sales, presales, and delivery organisations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, translating architecture concepts into business terms.
- Experience with SAP solutions and platforms, translating capabilities into tangible business value.
- Strong understanding of SAP key business processes: Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Design to Operate, Hire to Retire, and Order to Cash.
- Proven enterprise or solution architecture experience in large enterprise environments.
- Domain expertise in at least one core business capability (Finance, Spend Management, Asset Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain, or Customer Experience) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of at least one industry such as Engineering & Construction, Consumer Products, or Mill Products.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and tools such as LeanIX is an advantage.
