We're Hiring: Marketing Assistant

Location: 100 Miller Street, North Sydney

We’re on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team! If you're passionate about bringing events to life and have a outstanding sense of social media hypes, this could be the perfect prospect for you.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate and support the planning and execution of marketing events and activations

Design marketing materials including posters, social media graphics, EDMs, and presentations

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency across all campaigns

Maintain event timelines, budgets, and vendor communications

Assist in general daily administration

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva

Strong organizational and time management skills

Previous experience in event coordination or marketing is a plus

A creative mindset with attention to detail

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $28.12
- $30.68 per hour
