- General Insurance Position code: Job Overview As Domain Architect you will shape the future of our General Insurance technology landscape, ensuring that digital architecture enables smarter, faster, and more secure outcomes for our customers and employees. Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead domain architecture strategies aligned to General Insurance business outcomes
- Own and communicate the technology uplift and modernisation vision across the domain
- Create and maintain clear architectural roadmaps that guide delivery teams
- Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategy into practical solutions
- Ensure architectural consistency, scalability and security across digital initiatives
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship that lifts capability and drives innovation Qualifications
- Experience in domain or solution architecture within complex enterprise environments
- A strong background delivering large‑scale digital or technology transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of modern architecture patterns including cloud, APIs and microservices
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
- Experience working across end‑to‑end technology stacks and delivery models
- A track record of setting architectural direction and guiding teams through change Benefits
