Join our Accounts team within our Wholesale departmet (Professional Solutions) as an Accounts Receivable Officer! Our team is seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes in a high-volume, fast-paced environment ideally witin the retail industry. If you're skilled in using large ERP systems and thrive in a busy setting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

**Requirements for Success**
- Follow up on overdue accounts, maintaining professional and courteous communication
- Proactive collection of payments in line with company policy
- Monitor and reconcile AR accounts to ensure up-to-date records
- Issuing customer statements.
- Reconciling accounts
- Resolving complex queries and disputes
- Assist in generating AR reports for management
- Communicating with internal and external points of contact
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment queries
- Foster positive relationships with clients/customers to facilitate a smooth payment process
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

**Skills & Experience**

To be considered for this position, you will need solid prior experience within an Accounts Receivable and/or debt collection role. You will also require the following:

- Accounting or Business qualification would be highly regarded
- Familiarity with large ERP systems; experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus but not essential.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel essential
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
