Customer Service Representative (Cammeray)

Located in Cammeray, The Water Shop is a long established and rapidly growing company looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer sales and service consultant to assist the team in our day-to-day administrative duties.

We are looking for someone proactive, punctual and with a willingness to learn, this is the ideal opportunity for a school leaver who has a can-do attitude and is not afraid to learn quickly as well as ask for assistance.

**The role will have a strong focus on outbound calls or customer service related calls to existing customers.**

**About the Role**

You will be working alongside our team:

- Responsibilities will include:_
- Outbound calls to customers to book in service work
- Offer service agreements, promotions, incentives etc to customers
- Updating and maintenance of client database with a focus on data integrity
- Managing paperwork for contacts
- Liaise with all company employees
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of statistics
- General office administration duties: data entry, filing, scanning and organising
- Back up for customer service in our showroom when required
- Diary scheduling of field service work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00
- $70,000.00 per year
